Returns  and Refunds Policy

 

For in-store purchases;

At Em’s Emporium, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you require a refund or exchange, your item[s] must be returned to the shop within 28 days of the purchase date. Your item[s] must be in their original, unused condition and must have their original price tag/ sticker included or attached. They must also be accompanied by the receipt.

If you have misplaced the receipt, a refund can be given in the form of a credit note or gift voucher. The original tag/sticker must, however, be attached as your proof of purchase. If the tag / sticker has been removed, we will be unable to provide a refund, exchange, credit note or gift voucher.

For online purchases.

Free returns to store

You can return most products purchased through our website directly to the shop as long as they are returned in their original, unused condition within 28 days of receipt and accompanied with your delivery note/ receipt.  We are unable to accept returned perishable / food items.

 

Returns by post

You can return products purchased through our website as long as they are still in their original unused condition and within 28 days of receipt. When posting your items back to us, it’s important you first authorise your return by emailing info@ems-emporium.co.uk . Once authorised, please return to:

Please note that you will be required to pay the return postage cost.

Please ensure you retain the proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit if no proof of postage is available

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your returned items and are refunded back to your original payment method.

  

Online Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange any orders placed online.  In the event that an exchange is required, you will need to request a refund (if appropriate) and then re-purchase the required item.

 

Missing, damaged or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us by email immediately, quoting your name and products purchased together with the purchase date and detailing the problem with the item[s]. 

If you don’t receive your item[s] within 14 days of receiving a Dispatch Confirmation email, please contact us via email quoting your order number, and we will open an investigation with the appropriate courier.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been damaged after arrival due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer
